Job Description

As an IT Customer Services Solutions Officer, you will work within our international IT team in Malta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be asked to provide first line support to users (both external and internal users) for the electronic document management system;
  • Investigating and acting to resolve requests according to feasibility;
  • Follow processes and procedures to manage user accounts and access rights;
  • Logging requests in a service desk tool;
  • Present data in clear, easy to read way;

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role;
  • You have a Certification in Computer Science or IT;
  • Ability to handle variants of SQL;
  • Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office programs;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You are a fast learner and have excellent communication skills;
  • You work well independently as well as in a team;
