An outstanding full-time opportunity for a finance professional to join our company has arisen. You will join an amazingly well-established company, operating in one of the most exciting industries. The Finance Executive will have the chance to work closely with the Finance Manager making the communication very efficient. The chosen applicant will work in a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to improve his/her leadership skills.
The chosen candidate will be part of a small team, working within a great atmosphere. As a Finance Executive, you will be working from a centrally located office.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Updating and monitoring financial records
- Carrying out various monthly reconciliations
- Processing timely bank payments
- Assisting in the timely collection of receivables and providing adequate feedback to management
- Responsible for correct and timely information posted in the system
- Assisting with the preparation of the Management Accounts and Financial Reporting ∙ Assisting with the smooth execution of annual audits
- Co-ordinating tasks between team members and guiding them in prioritising time management
- Assisting in audits and providing necessary documentation
Requirements:
- Advanced level of education
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Trustworthy, meticulous and highly organised individual
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
This role would suit a person with the ability to work independently and without much supervision, who is able to prioritize work effectively to meet strict deadlines.
