An outstanding full-time opportunity for a finance professional to join our company has arisen. You will join an amazingly well-established company, operating in one of the most exciting industries. The Billing Executive will have the chance to work closely with the Finance Manager making the communication very efficient. The chosen applicant will work in a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to improve his / her leadership skills.
The chosen candidate will be part of a small team, working within a great atmosphere. As a Billing Executive, you will be working from a centrally located office.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Generating, posting and sending out invoices to customers
- Checking and posting invoices received from clients
- Ensuring all billing details are accurate
- Following up on unpaid invoices
- Resolving billing disputes and errors
- Maintaining records for all transactions
- Communicating with the company’s clients and suppliers to resolve billing disputes in a timely manner
- Assisting in audits and providing necessary documentation
Requirements:
- Advanced level of education
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Trustworthy, meticulous and highly organised individual
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
This role would suit a person with the ability to work independently and without much supervision, who is able to prioritize work effectively to meet strict deadlines.
