Job Description
We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our team who will be assisting with daily accounts duties.
The successful candidate will need to have the following:
- Effective communication skills in English
- Have a good knowledge of Excel (basic formulas)
- Be proficient in other computer applications
- Be meticulous and highly organised
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually to carry out duties assigned
Duties will include:
- Posting of daily transactions in our system
- Reconciling suppliers statements
- Checking invoices and issuing payments
- Mailing clients statements
- Carry out bank reconciliations
- Stock and fuel reconciliations
- Other office duties as required including filing and scanning
