Job Description

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team to support in general HR duties, more specifically focusing on talent acquisition, employer branding and communications. Our workforce is diverse, and we value strength of personality and the right fit for our culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of our employer branding strategic plan
  • Accountable for the recruitment process specifically on attracting, sourcing and recruiting candidates
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR functions by maintaining existing HR processes and procedures
  • Responsible for all HR reporting and analytics
  • Responsible for our HR management system and lead the HR technology area
  • Support employees in various HR queries in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties required for the department

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience working in human resources
  • Degree or diploma in business management or human resources considered an asset
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A sound knowledge of IT applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships
  • The ability to multi-task when under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy
  • An inquisitive mind and eagerness to learn
  • An ability to exercise sensitivity and confidentiality and must be able to act with discretion
