Job Description

Alecta Advisors is seeking to recruit an Assistant Advisor / Administrator to join their team on a full or part-time basis. This is a client and administrative support position. Training on the job will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Must have a good command of MS Excel and be willing to learn and commit to delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes
  • Qualifying candidates must have a minimum of A’ level in Accounting / Mathematics / Economics / Business Studies / IT / English or a related subject
  • Familiar with MS Office suite
  • Candidates must demonstrate that they are capable of working on their own initiative

Responsibilities:

  • Data inputting and reconciliations
  • Assisting in internal audit work
  • Administration duties including electronic filing of documents, personnel documentation, welcoming clients, preparation of tenders
  • Proof-reading of reports
  • General office duties and facilities management
  • Personal assistant duties to the managing partner
