Job Description

As a leading online trading provider, ALB offers major and exotic FX pairs, equity indices and commodity CFDs. In line with our company’s growth we are looking for Italian, Spanish and British native speaking individuals to join our Retention team.

The selected candidate’s main duties / responsibilities will include the following:

  • Promote the employer’s products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and factors that influence such markets
  • Conduct business development and carrying out follow ups on meeting with clients
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
  • Explain to clients the Employer’s trading systems
  • Retain clients and following up on clients’ matters
  • Identify business opportunities, VIP customers and negotiate in order to create profitable accounts and other ad hoc duties from time to time

The candidate should have:

  • Previous experience working within a target-based sales environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A strong drive for sales
  • Dynamic, innovative and target driven
  • Strong networking capability
  • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment
  • Native speaker with a good command of English
