Who You Are:
While being an organizational guru, you are also nimble enough to roll with the punches and thrive in an ever-changing environment. You’re a scheduling master that can easily manage multiple calendars. You dislike clutter – whether it be your email or your workspace. You respond to emails immediately. In fact, you probably have a love-hate relationship with that red notification badge on your mail app.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Directly support the CFO in managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Arranging and Managing Business Flights for all staff
  • Preparing, utilizing and maintaining documents, files, electronic files, reports, e-mails, records, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Receive and coordinate with customers, clients, vendors and guests on site
  • Order and stock office supplies
  • Support overall Malta organization and office management
  • And whatever else is needed to get the job done

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-3 years of complex administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Complex calendar/scheduling skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to effectively and successfully respond to problem situations and prioritize issues
  • Superhuman-level organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • A self-driven mentality. We are a start-up, and that means your ability to drive your own success and take initiative matters
  • A healthy attention to detail (we don’t need you to be neurotic, but we do need you to be attentive to small details at times)
  • Emotional maturity. We are a fun-loving group with a desire to get down to business
  • Excellent professional presence with a confident and approachable personality

This is an onsite position based out of our Malta office, based in Imriehel.
