Position Overview
As the Digital Marketing and Web Coordinator, you will oversee the maintenance, management, and optimization of our website while actively managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a deep passion for fashion, digital marketing, and performance-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, visually appealing and optimized for search engines.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including running social media campaigns and Google Ad campaigns, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for performance-based marketing efforts, including retargeting campaigns and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites to keep track of key digital marketing metrics.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing projects.
  • Coordinate with IT department to ensure backend support for website optimization and integration of necessary digital marketing tools.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and website management, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  • Proficient in using WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

This position is offered on a full-time (30 hours a week) basis.
