We are seeking a great Chef De Partie to assist our Culinary team in creating unique dishes for our restaurant’s patrons. You will be responsible for a particular area of the kitchen, creating high-quality dishes that satisfy the requirements of the Head Chef and ensuring that your station is sanitary and well-stocked.
The position necessitates a solid culinary experience, exceptional time management abilities, and the capacity to perform under pressure. This profession requires strong teamwork and communication skills, a passion for culinary arts, and an ability to adapt to changing culinary trends.
Chef De Partie Responsibilities:
- Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
- Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
- Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.
- Following directions provided by the head chef.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
- Managing and training any new employees.
- Monitoring portion and waste control.
