Job Description

At ABRA, we’re looking for a highly-motivated and energetic Office Administrator / Secretary to join our growing team of design professionals.

The Office Administrator / Secretary will be managing day-to-day tasks for our busy office and retail outlet, and providing first-line support to the Design and Retail teams.


  • Greets customers as they arrive at the business offices or retail outlet in Attard
  • Maintains and updates customer / product database regularly
  • General office duties, including inputting of data, project costings, reconciliations, and processing of payments


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably knowledge of design or furniture landscape)
  • Educated at diploma or advanced level; preferably in administration or accounting
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as written and verbal communication
  • Business fluent in both Maltese and English languages
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word / Excel / Outlook)
  • A clean driving license

This role is being offered on a part-time / flexible hour basis or full-time with reduced hours.
