Company Overview
247Pay Ltd is a new finance and technology company specialising in fintech and other related technology products and services and is looking for a highly motivated individual to manage the sales of myPOS and other related products and assist the company in the sales and promotion of the product.

247Pay services a vast range of business clients by providing various POS Solutions for any kind of business to help them accept card payments. The chosen individual needs to be target driven and have the ambition to succeed. Training will be provided to the chosen candidate. This training will give the candidate all the support required to build a long and successful career. Reporting to the Sales Manager

Will be expected to:

  • Have a natural flare for sales and marketing and a can-do attitude.
  • Handle sales inquiries through face-to-face meetings, telephone and / or e-mails.
  • Conduct cold-calling and carry out continuous follow-ups with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales promotion of our products.
  • Be able to achieve agreed monthly individual / team revenue targets.
  • Help the company in any events, demonstrations, or conferences.
  • Take care of online marketing on various social media to support business growth.
  • Update all activities on an online CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Come up with new ideas and product offering both for new and existing clients.

The ideal applicant:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience working in sales or in a similar post.
  • Knowledge with a financial background would be considered an asset.
  • Must be highly motivated, proactive and sales oriented with strong negotiating skills.
  • Must possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Should have excellent written and oral skills in Maltese and English. Italian-speaking language will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in using (CRM) Customer Relationship Management will also be considered an asset.
  • Must be able to work with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Clean police conduct.
