Undergraduate Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development
Individuals will learn about the importance of the role of the Human Resource function, and where it originated from. Learners will also be educated about the responsibilities of an HR person, and what needs to be done within the organisation. This qualification does not only focus on the technical skills, like employment law, payroll, recruitment, performance management and so on. However, it focuses on certain responsibilities that an HR person should take on, such as employee wellness and engagement, reward strategies and also collective bargaining, and how to coach persons with disabilities within the organisation. What you'll learn
By the end of the course, the learner will be able to:

Exit awards are available - if a student wishes to drop out at any point, they will still be awarded certificates of achievement for all completed modules.
Prerequisites
A qualification of minimum Level 4 in Human Resources; or A Matsec certificate; and An O' level or equivalent in English language.
