Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant who is willing to enhance his / her career within our company.

We are looking for a smart, professional individual who has great organisational and communication skills. You will need to be proficient in the use of Word and Excel.

Duties would include: 
  • Assisting the director in daily routine tasks and meetings etc.
  • Answering telephone calls, emails, filing and all other paperwork
  • Handling all stock orders and deliveries and dealing with clients
  • Scheduling appointments and organising logistics for meetings and events
  • Receiving and sorting mail 
  • Recording basic accounting paperwork and reporting to accountant
  • Preparing daily orders for deliveries

Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task 
  • Minimum of 2 years' of experience in office administration
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Initiative, integrity, adaptability
  • IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
  • Fluent in Maltese and English and preferably Italian
