Job Description
Associated Equipment Limited is a major, ISO certified supplier in the medical equipment, devices, support and innovative technology in Malta. It has been in operation for the past 29 years and has built a reputation for its products and professional support to the island's healthcare profession.

Due to the ever growing demand for its products and services, the company is seeking to engage a full-time motivated individual to take on the role of a Storekeeper / Receiving Officer.

The ideal candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Registering of received consignments
  • Checking of received goods
  • Receipting of inventory in the company's system
  • Preparing consignments to be delivered
  • Issuing of invoices

Qualifications / Experience

The vacancy calls for an applicant who must have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Be able to work in a team
  • Be able to work under pressure and on his / her own initiative
  • Must be able to communicate in both Maltese and English (verbal and written)
  • Be IT literate (training on the company's inventory system will be provided)

The chosen candidate needs to have his / her own transport. Any previous experience will be considered an asset.
