Job Description
This Back-Office Risk administrator role is with a Financial Company leading in Malta. The company is expanding therefore this presents itself as the perfect opportunity to start a career in risk and fraud management.

In the role of Back-Office Risk administrator you will be the working closely with the other departments make sure the clients are registered in compliance with the local and international regulations. You will be in charge of keeping the documentation on file and maintain the database functional and updated.

You will:
  • Deal with clients in order to collect the documentation
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Advocate for the company’s fraud and risk policy
  • Spot fraudulent transactions and accounts early to minimize company exposure
  • Determine the cause of the problem and follow up to ensure resolution

  • At least 1 year experience working in an office
  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Be friendly and well mannered
  • An A' level in accountancy will be considered an asset
  • Excellent level of English

Salary / Remuneration:
17,000 to 22,000 euro gross yearly
