If asked a point blank question such as: Are you creative? Are you analytical? Can you work under pressure?
Answer yes and give a specific example
Describe yourself.
If you've done your homework well you should have thought of how to match the needs of the job to your personality traits and accomplishments. Try to give three specific examples to set you apart from the other interviewees.

What are you looking for in a position?
"I'm looking for an opportunity to apply my skills and contribute to the growth of the company while helping create some advancement opportunities for myself."
What do you know about our organization?
